Villa Lipa is located on the hill slopes in an old village of Jesenice, in the outskirts of Split. The plot is set in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature and spectacular sea views.

The house is carefully designed and fully equipped for a comfortable stay of up to ten guests. There are four bedrooms, three of which are en-suite, while fourth uses the family bathroom.

Lovely interior living area with a fireplace seamlessly shifts into the outdoor space where you can find an incredible, heated, infinity pool and a lounging area with a barbecue. If you want to detox, there is also a sauna at the property.
