The great attraction of the Budva Riviera is Sveti Stefan. According to a history reports, a fort was built on the island of Sveti Stefan in 14th century, when it was first inhabited. The fort was enclosed by walls to house families from surrounding areas before the Turks and pirates invaded. This former fishing village, located on the peninsula, was transformed into a hotel city 50 years ago and made into a wonderful, fairytale-like place where even the world’s biggest stars, celebrities and business people enjoy to spend their time.
