The general operating conditions are compiled in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and international e-business conditions. The Internet Store at www.fourseasons.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Internet Store”) is managed by Four Seasons d.o.o., an e-Business Provider (hereinafter referred to as “Four Seasons”).

These terms determine the procedure of ordering, payment, delivery and complaint of the services offered on this site. Four Seasons Internet sites can be used for your private use without any charge for use, subject to the following terms and conditions. The seller is Four Seasons d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor of these pages who fill out the electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payments via credit cards


The customer orders the services through an electronic order form. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one service, fill in the required data and sends the order. All prices are quoted in Euros. All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount of your credit card account will be charged for the conversion of the price into Euros into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.


Ordered services are paid online by one of the credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro or Visa. Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This allows a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between the user and the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Many WebPay Payment Gateways and financial institutions exchange data using their virtual private network (VPN), which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.


When the buyer executes the order, the same goes to the processing procedure, after which the ordered service is reserved at the desired date. A buyer who chooses to pay via an online card will receive a link to the WebPay Virtual Terminal where he will make a payment to the email address indicated in the order. Clicking on the link opens the payment form with the order details (all selected services and the price of the service). Four Seasons d.o.o. receives an automatic email (e-mail) on the order. Four Seasons may, in order to check the data and warrant the accuracy of the delivery, either by telephone or by electronic mail, contact the buyer via the registered contact number or e-mail address when ordering. The customer order is stored electronically in the Four Seasons computer and is available to the customer at any time. The order is written in English. The order received by the buyer and the Four Seasons via the email address is the guarantee of price accuracy.


We are committed to providing our customers’ personal data protection in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about how we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and is available only to employees who need these information for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for following the principles of confidentiality protection.


Four Seasons strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information published on their site. Nevertheless, product features, delivery time, or pricing can change so fast that Four Seasons fails to correct the data on the Internet in a timely manner. In that case, the buyer will be informed of the changes and will allow him to cancel the contract or replace the commissioned service.


The reservation is valid from the date the advanced payment or the reservation fee is paid and kept until 24:00 hrs at the day of arrival. The reservation can be cancelled in writing, by e-mail 30 days prior arrival latest i.e. before using the ordered and reserved services. Four Seasons reserves the right to keep the amount of Eur 100,00 (HRK 750,00) per person for reservation expenses. In case the reservation prepaid in full amount is cancelled within 1-30 days prior arrival i.e. before using the ordered and reserved services, Four Seasons has no obligation to return 30% of the prepaid amount, the exception being illness or vis major. In case of no show Four Seasons keeps 100% of the prepaid advanced payment or reservation fee.


Four Seasons has established an effective complaints management system and a person in charge of contacting users via email or phone. The buyer can call us on +385 99 424 44 90, which can be contacted at info@fourseasons.hr. The Appeal Procedure is easy to use and confidential. Four Seasons confirms, within five business days, that it has received a complaint and informs the customer of how much processing is required and informs him of the procedure.

Four Seasons is aware of the basic features of the consumer dispute, as far as court disputes are concerned, and its asymmetry between the economic value of claims and the costs incurred in solving the dispute. Four Seasons seeks the best way to resolve any disagreement in a peaceful way. All possible disputes are solved through the Croatian material and procedural law, at the court in Split. All relationships and rights not covered by these general terms of business are regulated by the Mandatory Relationships Act, the Electronic Market Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

Alternative dispute resolution In accordance with statutory regulations, Four Seasons does not recognize any alternative consumer dispute resolution contractor as a lawful consumer dispute settlement that the consumer would initiate in accordance with the Consumer Disputes Act (hereinafter referred to as the ZlsRPS). In case the buyer / consumer is dissatisfied with the complaint resolution, it may, in accordance with ZlsRPS, initiate an alternative dispute resolution procedure for a specific consumer dispute through the European Consumer Discrimination Platform (SRPS). Medico home according to ZlsRPS also publishes an electronic link to the European SRPS: Online Dispute Resolution The buyer may also decide to file a lawsuit with the court according to his / her permanent residence.


Four Seasons d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will be applied to the Four Seasons page. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered in the purchase order. The services provided by the Four Seasons Internet Store do not cover the costs you incur by using computer equipment and services to access our site. Four Seasons d.o.o. is not responsible for the costs of phone, internet traffic or any other costs that may be incurred.
