Experience beautiful sights of mother nature’s work in this unique one day trip to Krka river sping and Krka Waterfalls National park. The trip starts with a morning drive by beautiful Peruca lake towards historic little town of Knin, proudly called ‘Royal Knin’ or ‘King Zvonimir City’, since it was Croatian king Zvonimir’s place of residence. One of the biggest forts in Europe and the biggest in Croatia is found here. You will experience Krka river to it’s fullest and discover not only the National park but also the magical river spring in a form of a small waterfall. You will later move on towards Skradin where you will take a short boat ride upstream of Krka river to reach one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Europe, Skradinski Buk in the National park. To get around the park you simply follow the circular route that will take you through the old Roman mills and oak, holm and downy forests where water magically breaks through the environment, forming small lakes and ponds on the way. You can even refresh yourself with a swim!
