Until evening, you have free time to spend at your own pace; continue exploring the old town, pick a restaurant based on our recommendations or move to the beach to relax a little.

Day 3 / Sailing - From Split to Brac (Milna)

You will board your sailboat in the marina in the morning and set sail from Split to Milna on the island of Brač – a stunningly serene place on the west side of the island. It is a lively place, great for relaxation, with locals proud of their unique quality of life. As this charming port town is set in an enclosed cove, it served greatly for sailing and fishing boats, which is why the town got its name derived from Italian saying “mille navi”, which translates to “a thousand ships”.

You will have different anchoring or mooring options available every night and it can be decided on the go.

You will find your time here so rewarding as the village is situated on the west side of the island at the foot of mount Hum, area so remote that it makes its visitors feel like the time has been stopped for ages. The next island on the list is Korcula – an island located half way between Split in Dubrovnik. As you wake up at the sea, you will set sail towards Korcula town on this magical island.

Korcula town is a place that locals like to call ‘Little Dubrovnik’, because the old town reminisces of one in Dubrovnik for being enveloped by defensive walls and filled with narrow cobbled alleys, churches, loggias and restaurants.

Only a few minutes away from the town core you can stumble upon a serene beach to sunbathe and go for a swim in crystal clear Adriatic sea. If you feel like it, the inland of Korčula is a home for a few family-run Dalmatian taverns and wineries that offer delicious food and wine and a cosy island atmosphere.

Mljet National Park, the largest marine national park in the Mediterranean, covers most of the island, including several charming villages, distinguishing salt lakes Veliko Jezero and Malo Jezero, a monastery on St Mary’s islet and an abundance of woodland. Traditional Dalmatian restaurants found here in the area serve delicious fresh seafood and other organic, local grown products such as olive oils and tasty wines.

These are the islands of unseen beauty, the eternal guards of Dubrovnik sea and coast and home of many fearless captains and sailors. With two of those islands being entirely car-free, Elaphite Islands will provide you with next level of serenity and relaxation. These green islands with centuries-old lush Mediterranean, subtropical vegetation, beautiful gardens, parks and astonishing beaches and inlets are easily the favorite getaway place for people of Dubrovnik, and you will quickly see why.

The dinner will take place in Cavtat, a charming historical coastal town some 20 minutes away from Dubrovnik, with some of the most amazing and traditional Dalmatian restaurants located at the seaside promenade offering beautiful ambiance and delicious food.
